What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- the postcode or area of the property;
- the property type and number of bedrooms, if you choose to give them; and
- anything you write in your message.
Please do not include information in your message that we do not need, such as financial or health details.
Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your device connects to the website. This is needed to deliver the site securely. When you submit the form, a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; it is not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether your property might suit a lease with us.
- To arrange a viewing and prepare an offer, if you ask us to.
- To keep the website and enquiry form secure and to prevent spam.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Our legal basis
Where you are asking about entering into a lease with us, we process your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Otherwise, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our business and keeping our website secure. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
Who we share it with
We use the following service providers, who process information on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
- Resend delivers enquiries from the form to our inbox by email.
- To be confirmed: email/mailbox provider stores the emails we receive.
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy decision. How long we keep it
